Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a NowAssist Developer with a strong hands-on approach. - Bachelors degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow Development experience, including at least 1-2 years with Generative AI implementations. - Proficient in the Now Assist Skill Kit, focusing on building and deploying Custom GenAI Skills. - Familiarity with designing Agentic workflows for AI agents that perform multi-step tasks independently. - Knowledge of RaptorDB and the configuration of Vector Providers for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Mastery of ServiceNow IDE, especially VS Code, for source control and JavaScript development. - Advanced scripting skills, both server-side and client-side, with the ability to refactor AI-generated code for performance and security. - Expertise in IntegrationHub and Spoke Generator to connect various third-party LLMs to ServiceNow. - Understanding of AI Governance, including content filtering and compliance standards. - Core certifications in CAD (Certified Application Developer) and CAS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in multiple modules, along with relevant AI certifications.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of configuration, testing, and deployment throughout the project lifecycle. - Activate and configure the NowAssist plugin in development, testing, and production instances. - Tune AI Search configurations and optimize indexes for ITSM data sources. - Set up the Now Assist panel within both Agent and ITSM workspaces. - Configure roles and access control for NowAssist features. - Build and document use case configurations in the dev instance according to architectural specifications. - Conduct prompt tuning and maintain skill configuration documentation. - Apply functional testing and maintain a defect log. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through scenario execution and feedback incorporation. - Create production deployment packages and detailed release notes. - Provide post-go-live monitoring reports for a two-week period per use case. - Develop a comprehensive master test plan covering all use cases. - Construct regression test scripts to ensure new deployments do not disrupt existing functionalities. - Maintain logs for AI output quality, tracking accuracy and user feedback. - Generate performance testing results for AI under load. - Prepare configuration runbooks, admin guides, and final technical handoff packages for internal knowledge transfer.
