Requirements

Must:
- 5-10 years of experience in LMS management/administration within a corporate setting - Proficiency with Workday Learning LMS - Solid understanding of the e-learning development cycle and the LMSs role in testing and implementation - Experience in administering classroom training, both in-person and virtual (preferably in MS Teams) - Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS or Plateau is a plus - Knowledge of ServiceNow and SharePoint - Working knowledge of troubleshooting e-learning content created with Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond, and WellSaid labs is advantageous

Responsibilities

- Assist in the migration from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning LMS - Offer expertise across all administrative aspects of Workday LMS, including course creation, learner management, content curation, reporting, and enhancing user experience - Organize, prioritize, and manage learning projects from the LMS intake queue, or as tasked by the Learning Technology Manager and/or Senior Learning Technology Specialists - Document and communicate insights from the Workday transition and project updates to leadership and colleagues; engage in discussions about best practices, system configurations, challenges, and support issues - Ensure adherence to standards and provide technical support, process guidance, and best practices to junior LMS administrators - Stay updated on industry best practices and Workday Learning specifically, promoting organizational adoption of new tools and technologies - Oversee testing cycles for project work and the exploration and implementation of new features and best practices in LMS - Collaborate with Regional Admin peers worldwide, along with HRIS and IT, to swiftly resolve escalated support issues - Serve as the main point of contact for the research and resolution of escalated support tickets

We are seeking a Regional LMS Administrator for our team located in Framingham, Massachusetts. This contract position offers flexibility with work hours from 9 am to 5 pm, and a competitive pay range of $31 - $41 per hour. As a member of our dynamic learning environment, you will work closely with Instructional Designers, e-Learning Developers, Instructors, and other LMS administrators to manage and support various learning initiatives.
