Infrastructure Engineer - DevOps and Cloud

- Assess available industry solutions and open-source alternatives to enhance infrastructure delivery - Create technical solutions for business applications through design formulation, implementation planning, and risk and resource evaluation - Produce specifications for intricate infrastructure systems, ensuring thorough design and testing of solutions - Engage in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting using Agile development methodologies - Plan and execute upgrades of Application or Web products and complex systems - Prepare builds, configurations, and the necessary runtime infrastructure for middleware products - Collaborate with team members, vendors, and application owners to construct, deploy, and sustain infrastructure in the Situational Awareness Environment - Assist teams during enterprise incidents, prioritizing Application and Web stability through On-Call duties - Analyze cloud security measures, secrets management, and key rotation strategies - Oversee daily risk management and compliance operations, ensuring adherence to security and support standards - Create extensive documentation, operational policies, and procedures - Utilize monitoring tools, such as Grafana, for oversight of business applications and operations - Monitor Alerts, Batch Failures, and the Service Now Queue - Partner with peers, colleagues, and management to troubleshoot issues and achieve objectives
