Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Must possess a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Citizen Developer
- Proven experience in leading technical discovery workshops to capture and document intricate customer requirements
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD or CSM modules, including Lifecycle Events, Case Management, and Service Portals
- Advanced knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data schemas
- Strong capability to convert business challenges into technical user stories and process diagrams
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technical delivery of ServiceNow HRSD or CSM modules from inception to production deployment
- Construct and configure sophisticated ServiceNow workflows, encompassing Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Portals
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions to pinpoint ServiceNow integration points, data schema prerequisites, and security/access requirements
- Provide guidance to citizen developers within the organization to ensure their low-code contributions adhere to ServiceNow platform standards
- Conduct system health checks and ensure all implementations align with a ServiceNow out-of-the-box-first approach to minimize technical debt
