Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT Change Management, with a focus on planning, coordinating, and documenting changes in complex IT environments.
- Skilled in IT Incident Management, particularly in incident detection, prioritization, and resolution to minimize impact.
- Proficient in IT Problem Management, with a strong understanding of problem analysis and strategies for long-term remediation.
- Valid ITIL Foundations Certification signifying a comprehensive knowledge of IT service management principles.
- Demonstrable expertise in process improvement, specifically in identifying opportunities and implementing enhancements for service quality gains.
- Practical experience with the ServiceNow platform, managing IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management workflows effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and ongoing enhancement of IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as Incident Manager during critical incidents, orchestrating swift responses and resolutions to minimize business disruption.
- Partner with stakeholders to examine current workflows, suggest enhancements, and implement changes that boost efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Analyze process performance metrics, reporting regularly to management on successes and areas needing improvement.
- Provide training and support to IT teams on best practices and updated protocols for managing changes, incidents, and problems.
Description
