Requirements
Must:
- Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities to address daily user issues across various application support tasks
- Prior experience with online case management systems
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management software
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support within service desk operations, including creating support and training materials for both one-on-one and group sessions
- Deliver direct customer support via phone, alongside hands-on assistance for staff and partners to address daily user challenges
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly on first contact, while working collaboratively with internal and vendor technical support to develop or document solutions
Description
We are a leading company based in Madison, Wisconsin, offering a contract position with a pay range of $22.12 - $25.05 per hour. Our work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. We value excellent customer service, ensuring our callers feel acknowledged and supported. This role is primarily remote (90%), with occasional onsite presence as needed.
