Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Call Center or Service Desk
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software within a Microsoft Windows environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed work ethic with a focus on quality, results, and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Provide IT operations support in a team-based Help Desk environment
- Adjust work hours and schedule as necessary
- Develop and demonstrate technical expertise in supported systems and related business processes
- Manage and resolve high-impact, complex, and cross-functional incidents by adhering to established protocols involving resources from our company or vendors
- Provide written updates on incidents following team standards within specified timeframes to all IT and business stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of issues and ensure the correct severity is assigned
- Keep Support Guides and associated documentation current
- Regularly identify and execute improvement initiatives
- Complete corporate compliance tasks including mandatory training and weekly timesheets
