Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and professional experience required.
- Familiarity with HL7, sFTP, and VPN configurations preferred.
- Background in hospital-based information systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset are essential.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision is necessary.
- Proven capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Azure DevOps, and Lucidchart is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all communication with new IT clients, ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of technical requests and documentation.
- Oversee the technical tasks associated with HL7 interfaces, reports, and remote access accounts.
- Ensure that all necessary legal and security documents are submitted in a timely manner.
- Monitor and communicate progress on deliverables and milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal partners.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist business partners with strategic resolution of technical issues and enhancements.
- Manage additional projects as assigned by management.
