Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related Human Resources role, ideally managing HR data within HRIS (Workday)
- Strong analytical skills to assess data or requests and solve problems with attention to detail
- Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Review and authorize requested data modifications to ensure compliance with established business protocols
- Execute mass data updates and adjust records for terminated employees
- Conduct data validation and make necessary corrections to support HR programs
- Generate reports and respond to queries related to HR Products, ensuring timely and accurate data for issue resolution or task execution
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This telecommute position offers an hourly wage of $45.82 to $55.82 and operates during the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.
