Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in coding, prototyping, and integrating tools (front-end or full-stack experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success in executing growth experiments with quantifiable outcomes
- Strong empathy for technical users, understanding their workflows and motivations
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data, funnel metrics, and experimentation
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on action, iteration, and quick problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the rationale behind decisions
- Experience at a startup in various growth stages is a plus
- Familiarity with developer tools, SaaS, or products catering to technical users
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, analytics tools, and marketing automation
- Portfolio showcasing innovative growth hacks or projects
Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth experiments, including tools, landing pages, onboarding processes, and conversion trials
- Identify user challenges through data analysis, research, and intuition, and devise strategies to enhance user engagement
- Refine onboarding and activation processes to expedite users journey to key insights, minimizing the need for manual assistance
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, work with product teams on user flows, and coordinate with engineering on integrations and growth functionalities
- Measure the effectiveness of experiments by establishing metrics, tracking performance, and prioritizing tasks based on data-driven potential
- Employ creative solutions and tools, whether through coding or automation, to achieve results swiftly
