Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in configuring and supporting HRIS systems, with a solid grasp of HR processes and data management.
- Experience with the implementation or redesign of scheduling and timekeeping support applications.
- Familiarity with credential tracking and management systems.
- Knowledge of identity management for employees and non-employees.
- Proven track record (3+ years) of managing high-level business relationships and leading technological teams in application support or project management.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight, alongside knowledge of ITIL framework and software delivery methodologies.
- Strong business insight and understanding of enterprise IT strategy, with experience in consulting or facilitation.
- Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.
- Comfortable making presentations to large audiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of products to ensure high-quality construction of digital application solutions and foster new ideas through collaboration with departmental partners.
- Manage, administer, and plan the activities related to the development of all digital and analytics applications to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and recommend appropriate technical solutions for digital applications and their integration to support overall enterprise needs.
- Maintain a leadership role in establishing service objectives, ensuring compliance with standards and policies in alignment with information systems architecture.
- Encourage participation and oversight among key business and digital application partners, including clinical and research areas.
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and engineers, mentoring them in their professional growth within digital applications and analytics.
- Foster awareness of optimal digital applications usage and maintain relationships with enterprise leaders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in application selection and RFP preparation alongside HSC procurement personnel.
- Engage in the development and execution of the Information Services Strategic Plan, focusing on integration within digital applications and related business areas.
- Deliver presentations to large groups effectively.
- Collaborate with the PMO on projects to establish benchmarks, plans, and financial models related to digital applications and their impact on the organization.
- Oversee technical staff to guarantee the quality of digital application solutions.
