Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in gameplay engineering or game content creation.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages, specifically TypeScript and JavaScript, along with JSON-based game definitions.
- Practical experience in developing mods, add-ons, or extensions for customizable game platforms.
- Bachelors degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality game content, including mini-games and starter kits, to highlight platform functionalities.
- Develop clean, well-structured TypeScript scripts and JSON definitions for behavior and resource packs.
- Work in collaboration with engineering teams to prototype and give insights on pre-launch creator tools and APIs.
- Update and maintain existing sample projects to guarantee compatibility with the latest Minecraft preview versions.
