Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE (Version 11+) for development of enterprise-grade applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate JPA
- Familiarity with Angular, NGRX, RxJS, or similar frameworks such as React (with UI tasks comprising about 40% of the role)
- Practical experience in creating RESTful Web Services/APIs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Agile development practices, particularly SCRUM
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities for effective collaboration with team members
- Knowledge of Agile systems development techniques, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Capacity to mentor and guide newer and junior colleagues
- Experience with relational database systems, particularly MySQL
- Understanding of Agile processes and ceremonies
- Proficient in translating product requirements into actionable technical plans
Responsibilities
