Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Site IT support incident management
- Familiarity with ITIL process and Service Asset Management
- Proficient in network infrastructure
- Knowledgeable in multiple Operating Systems and databases
- Ability to work independently and provide support during business hours
- MES knowledge is a plus
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent coordination skills
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Manufacturing experience with IT infrastructure knowledge
- Cross-department coordination experience
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with ITIL principles is preferred
- Knowledge of GxP regulations is a bonus
- Mandatory skills: Shopfloor Field Support
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT contact to facilitate support initiatives and engage in the Rapid Response Team triage process
- Assist the network support team and other infrastructure teams with day-to-day troubleshooting and projects
- Aid the Client SPOC with high-priority ticket investigations and resolutions (P1P2)
- Support the local hardware team by checking printers and shopfloor peripherals
- Provide assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes
- Act as a coordinator for resolving incidents related to application support within the manufacturing plant
- Serve as the main contact for BUIT Local support and external vendors
- Resolve connection issues with weighing scales, including replacing defective MOXA and related network components
- Collaborate with the MLL Workstation engineering WESS team to address OS and workstation build issues, including antivirus and malware setups
- Test connectivity for network changes, including wireless and patching
- Work with application owners to install client applications and ensure expected functionality
- Coordinate with equipment vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Conduct initial troubleshooting for application issues and facilitate escalation toward resolution
- Support business-related IQOQ testing and technical change control activities
