Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high-quality execution in environmental design, print, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout systems, and visual hierarchy; ability to produce clean, impactful designs with thoughtful restraint.
- Experience in designing materials for event marketing ecosystems, including signage, presentations, email marketing assets, and onsite collateral.
- Capable of articulating design rationale, connecting it to strategy and objectives, and engaging in discussions with stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative mindset, positive attitude towards feedback, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred) Motion design skills, such as creating simple kinetic typography and transitions, or substantial experience collaborating with motion/video teams.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with environmental production aspects, including print specifications, vendor coordination, and fabrication considerations.
- (Preferred) Experience working alongside web/development and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and present campaign and event ideas aligned with strategic goals, exploring a range of creative approaches and contributing to presentations with clear justifications and suggestions.
- Create polished, ready-to-use creative content for various channels including events, print, digital, and integrated campaigns while maintaining a high-impact, cohesive visual style.
- Apply systems thinking to convert creative direction into scalable design systems, including layouts, typography, grids, and component libraries for efficient asset expansion across touchpoints.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams from the outset to ensure concepts are practical and ready for production, working closely with partners such as video/motion and web development.
- Quickly iterate on designs in response to feedback, refining work through multiple rounds while maintaining exceptional quality from initial concepts to final deliverables.

Our working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, and we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment.
