Requirements
Must:
- Epic Optime Certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Epic Optime Architect
- Proficiency with surgical item master integration within Epic Optime
- Extensive experience in ERP integrations, specifically with item master synchronization
- Deep understanding of inventory and supply build processes
- Knowledge of master data management practices
- Familiarity with locations and locators
- Insight into manufacturers and surgical supply workflows
- Experience in application integration testing
- Strong capability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Preferred: Experience with Epic Rover and Epic Bridges
- Preferred: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for project documentation
- Ability to manage scheduling and pick items for surgical cases
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including ERP, supply chain, IT, Epic, and facility stakeholders, to facilitate ERP-EHR integrations.
- Drive the Epic Optime build and configuration process to support surgical supply item master integration.
- Convert ERP item master data, locations, and inventory structures into suitable Epic Optime configurations.
- Engage in application integration testing, validate workflows, and resolve any arising issues.
- Draft and develop application requirements based on business and operational demands.
- Assess updates to the Epic application and manage planning for installations and modifications.
- Aid in synchronization initiatives to guarantee dependable data flow between ERP and Epic.
Description
We are looking for a Certified Epic Optime Architect with extensive experience in surgical supply chain and ERP integration to assist with Oracle Fusion ERP to Epic EHR integrations. This part-time role, offering 20 hours per week, is fully remote, allowing flexibility based on project demands. The position is compensated at a rate of $70 to $88 per hour. We seek individuals who are ready to contribute to our dynamic team in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
