- Architect and execute complex acquisition campaigns within Oracle Eloqua, including high-volume standalone deployments and intricate automated triggers. - Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive landing pages using HTML and CSS to drive high conversion rates and ensure exceptional user experiences across all devices. - Design and implement comprehensive A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance and landing page efficiency. - Act as the primary administrator for the Eloqua marketing automation platform; resolve platform inconsistencies and apply workflow improvements. - Monitor email performance metrics and IP reputation using Validity, ensuring all outbound communications comply fully with global email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). - Oversee the entire QA process, which includes link validation, cross-client image rendering, and thorough checks on personalization logic. - Build and manage detailed lead workflows to guarantee accurate data capture from the Enterprise website and landing pages into Salesforce. - Support the MLB Salesforce instance by managing lead flow, routing logic, and data capture through forms to ensure no leads are lost during transition. - Collaborate with Database and Engineering teams to oversee marketing integrations (SE.net) and ensure data consistency across connected systems. - Maintain and uphold marketing taxonomy standards for accurate tagging and effective performance reporting across all initiatives.
