Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in roles such as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a hybrid position supporting Agile development teams
- Strong proficiency in converting complex workflows into clear user stories, backlog items, and development specifications
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow documentation, and crafting training materials for internal stakeholders
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams on delivery execution and sprint planning
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively across product, development, and partner teams
- Familiarity with healthcare scheduling systems (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and transition of existing digital scheduling workflows into our Scheduling Engine
- Collaborate closely with product leadership and act as the liaison for our developers within an Agile delivery framework
- Evaluate current workflows and document business logic and system interdependencies
- Create migration plans for integrating workflows into the Scheduling Engine
- Drive execution by converting requirements into user stories and managing backlog items
- Work directly with developers to facilitate successful implementations
Description
We are a progressive company seeking a qualified contractor to aid in implementing and transitioning our digital scheduling workflows into the Scheduling Engine. This remote position offers an hourly rate between $70 and $80 and requires work hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
