Data Analyst with SQL and Python

- Collaborate with leadership to establish and document operational workflows and reporting requirements for demo inventory and asset lifecycle management - Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to present essential KPIs for swift, data-informed decision-making by senior management - Extract, transform, and load data from SAP and Dynamics 365 CRM, facilitating integrations with Power BI and other platforms through APIs and automation tools - Utilize Power Apps to develop custom applications or interfaces that enhance data capture, workflow execution, and user interaction with inventory systems - Work alongside cross-functional teams in Finance, IT, and Operations to standardize and automate reporting processes and data pipelines - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, reporting methodologies, and workflow processes to guarantee transparency and consistency - Conduct regular data validation to ensure reporting outputs comply with accuracy and timeliness standards - Identify inefficiencies or data gaps in processes and recommend scalable enhancements or solutions - Support the training and onboarding of new tools and dashboards developed within the Power Platform ecosystem - Address ad-hoc data inquiries and generate analytical insights to aid in demo asset planning, utilization optimization, and CapEx alignment - Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
