Requirements
Must:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a technical role
- Proficiency with Ping Federate, Ping ID, and Ping Access
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with HYPR authentication and passwordless security approaches is advantageous
- Knowledge of Linux, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and penetration testing techniques
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze new security threats from various sources
- Support the development of product detection mechanisms in response to emerging threats
- Maintain proficiency in Linux, firewalls, VPNs, and security practices including intrusion detection and penetration testing
- Manage and troubleshoot various security technologies, ensuring high levels of client trust and satisfaction
- Use network tracing techniques to identify and resolve issues effectively
