Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related discipline - 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly-regulated sectors - Proven track record in digital product management, product ownership, or managing product roadmaps within cross-functional teams - 6+ years of experience in content operations, DAM/CMS platforms, MLR workflows, or regulated content governance roles - Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management and Medical Content Management Products - Familiarity with AI-enabled MLR review systems and GenAI tools for content creation - Experience within Agile product development teams and operating models - Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools - Strong analytical skills to identify complex issues and translate data into actionable insights - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across various departments - Demonstrated growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement - Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

- Define and refine the product vision and expected outcomes in alignment with global and franchise priorities - Guide the evolution of the Content Infrastructure roadmap, making prioritization decisions based on user feedback - Convert business needs into actionable product solutions with measurable success indicators - Create and uphold a coherent roadmap for content infrastructure to enhance efficiency and compliance - Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and the Content Infrastructure team to ensure alignment - Work closely with the Tech Lead to synchronize business objectives with technical feasibility - Manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for effective execution - Collaborate across the Customer Experience organization to ensure effective integration and product adaptation - Drive the development of scalable, reusable capabilities within the Content Infrastructure - Monitor adoption and KPIs to guide ongoing enhancements and strategic adjustments - Produce and maintain relevant documentation for planning and development processes - Foster a culture of experimentation to optimize Content Infrastructure outcomes - Utilize outcome metrics to showcase product value and promote engagement within the organization

This remote contract position offers a competitive salary range of $82 to $99 per hour and flexible work hours from 9 AM to 4 PM.
