Requirements
Must:

- Skilled in creating wireframes and UI/UX mockups
- Knowledgeable in product documentation and backlog management
- Proficient in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiar with tracking project timelines and managing risks
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and deliverables
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements
- Lead workshops to capture user stories and ensure clarity of requirements
- Develop wireframes and UI/UX prototypes to foster design conversations
- Assist with product documentation and ensure backlog is up-to-date
- Collaborate with tech teams in developing customized solutions
- Organize and support the user acceptance testing process
- Monitor and report on project timelines, milestones, and potential risks
- Facilitate communication during rollout planning with stakeholders
- Supervise vendor-related project activities and ensure compliance with requirements
- Oversee the onboarding and transition processes for external solutions
