Azure DevOps Test Lead - Hybrid

- Lead testing initiatives throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Ensure the quality and testability of requirements, including defining requirements and developing various test designs - Plan testing strategies and goals - Educate project team members and customers on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Offer training and mentorship to the Test Team - Collaborate with test-tool vendors to optimize tool usage in projects - Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools, sharing insights with the team - Review and validate test outcomes and defect reports produced by testers - Facilitate stakeholder meetings during the testing lifecycle - Generate summary reports and share defect metrics regularly - Coordinate and lead daily defect meetings and any other necessary discussions with stakeholders - Manage defect triage processes, assigning responsibilities for resolution - Follow up with Development Leads and Testers regarding defect resolution timelines - Maintain the Test Traceability Matrix to connect test procedures with requirements - Oversee the Intake and Close-Out Processes for projects, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder approvals - Collaborate with Project Managers on the process for integrating change requests during testing phases
