Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field such as Accounting or Business Administration
- Associates degree with 2 years of systems support experience in programming, coding, SQL querying, or advanced reporting involving complex table joins and multiple data sources
- High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant systems support experience as described above
- Minimum of 4 years of systems support-related experience
- Procurement process knowledge is essential
- Experience with Ariba Commerce Automation Network and EDI support, including supplier onboarding
- Proficient in Cognos or SQL Query writing; ability to read and understand automation or system scripts
- Familiarity with procurement ERP systems (e.g., Maximo, Oracle, SAP) is preferred
- ServiceNow and Jira experience is an advantage
- Keep abreast of technical industry knowledge and AEP regulatory/legal/financial guidelines
- Strong team-oriented and self-motivated qualities for effective collaboration
- Advanced level system support and subject matter expertise
- Adapt and promote SCPFO
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with SCPFO personnel, customers, business units, and cross-functional teams to provide application testing and support
- Support SCPFO systems, electronic commerce functionalities, and related technologies
- Stay knowledgeable about current system technologies and assist in implementing new ones
- Identify and resolve system problems by utilizing available data sources and subject matter experts
- Participate in focus groups and process improvement initiatives, escalating issues for resolution as necessary
- Assist in running reports to research and resolve data, system, and business process integrity issues
- Collect and prepare basic test scripts to facilitate the application production migration process
- Help develop procedures, quick reference guides, and documentation on system functionalities, issues, and resolutions
- Analyze data from systems and reports for use in business cases and cost justifications
- Create presentations to report progress on initiatives and promote efficient technology use

This role entails supporting various systems and technologies, resolving data integrity issues, and collaborating with multiple teams. We offer competitive pay ranging from $28.50 to $31.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
