Agile Project Manager & Scrum Master

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote team alignment and ongoing improvement - Optimize the use of JIRA for project tracking and management, leveraging advanced features for maximum visibility - Communicate project vision and align with project leadership to ensure clarity on plans and scope - Define deliverables, scope of work, and create detailed project schedules to meet customer and business objectives - Build effective project teams and foster strong relationships with affected departments and functional areas - Set clear expectations and promote accountability among team members - Address conflicts and encourage collaboration towards shared goals - Utilize project management principles for financial management, risk analysis, and critical problem-solving - Escalate issues with proposed solutions to leadership as needed - Make strategic business decisions aligned with company objectives - Summarize and present essential information to senior leadership for informed decision-making - Manage concurrent projects and resources through effective organization and prioritization - Engage in continuous process enhancement and lean initiatives
