AI/ML Engineer

- 5-8 years of experience in developing Machine Learning models - 4-8 years of experience writing production-quality code in Python and relevant ML libraries - Proven ability to design, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models for desired project outcomes - Collaborative mindset, capable of working alongside various experts - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with clear writing and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively - Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced work environment - Familiarity with development practices such as GitHub workflows, code review norms, and utilization of VS Code and team boards (GitHub, Jira, etc.) - Experience with large language models (desired) - High levels of curiosity and logical reasoning, comfortable with uncertainty (desired) - Background in handling both structured and unstructured data (desired) - Proficiency with data formats such as JSON, JSON Lines, CSV, and YAML (desired) - Experience in fast-paced applied settings, performing stakeholder-driven reviews, and initiating iterative prototype enhancements (desired) - Skills in breaking down ambiguous goals into testable hypotheses and determining immediate and future problem-solving needs (desired) - Capability to design and implement proof-of-concept prototypes for operational use (desired)
