- Proficient in utilizing live software prototypes during high-pressure demonstrations and adept at managing technical troubleshooting on the spot.
- Strong analytical skills in conducting build-versus-buy evaluations, creating product requirement documentation, and designing proof of concepts.
- Superior written and verbal communication talents, focusing on storytelling, coaching executives, and synthesizing complex data into comprehensible status updates.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI risk assessments, governance frameworks, and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured discovery sessions with senior executives to pinpoint business challenges, identify AI-relevant workflows, and prioritize valuable use cases.
- Convert complex business issues into actionable technical requirements, ensuring AI solutions align with operational contexts and strategic objectives.
- Oversee the iterative development process, facilitating regular feedback sessions to confirm technical developments align with initial business aims.
- Act as the main point of contact between executive stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level feedback into practical guidance for developers.
- Prepare and coach senior leadership for crucial presentations and demonstrations, emphasizing narrative coherence, AI credibility, and effective responses to executive inquiries.
- Execute market analyses and governance reviews, leading the synthesis of key project documents, including return on investment assessments and risk governance frameworks.
- Consolidate workstreams into unified executive deliverables, ensuring all outcomes fulfill institutional standards for leadership and board presentations.
Description
We are on the lookout for a top-tier Strategic AI Transformation Lead to connect the dots between our executive vision and technical implementation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our C-suite and senior leadership, guiding them through the intricacies of Artificial Intelligence. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of impactful AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities and validating use cases to delivering prototype solutions and crafting strategic roadmaps. This is a contract position allowing for telecommuting, with competitive compensation ranging from $70 to $100 per hour.
