AI Enablement Lead - Machine Learning Focus

- Evaluate current AI applications throughout investment teams and pinpoint repeatable best practice processes for research, modeling, synthesis, ongoing model upkeep, and data collection. - Design and conduct both live and asynchronous training sessions on practical AI applications for investors, covering techniques like prompting, iterative enhancement, validation methods, and responsible automation practices. - Create reusable playbooks, templates, and exemplary workflows for significant use cases such as company primers, total addressable market construction, earnings call summaries, qualitative pricing investigations, AI-supported updates of analyst financial models, and organized data gathering from web sources. - Instruct investors on efficient AI usage for uncovering non-obvious and hard-to-find information, highlighting methods for synthesizing insights from forums, filings, customer feedback, and enhancing the cleaning, structuring, and aggregation of data from external vendors and disorganized public resources. - Offer expertise on AI-assisted data science, modeling, and web scraping methodologies, including employing AI to generate, clarify, and maintain Python scripts for data acquisition, cleaning, normalization, and organization, while ensuring suitable human oversight. - Educate teams about the known limitations of large language models, including numerical inaccuracy issues, logical errors, and scraping reliability, while establishing clear validation criteria. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders as required to harmonize AI enablement with governance, data management, and expectations for responsible usage.
