Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Single Page Application (SPA) development with Angular.
- Proven ability to design and create responsive, interactive UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience translating UI/UX designs into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
- Skills in optimizing user interface performance for quick load times and fluid interactions.
- Familiarity with collaborating with designers to ensure adherence to design consistency.
- Capability to develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries.
- At least 7 years of practical experience in backend development using Java.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, efficient backend services (RESTful APIs and microservices).
- Knowledge in implementing database design and data migration strategies (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Understanding of ensuring high availability and scalability in backend services.
- Experience with Python and frameworks like Django or Flask is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Understanding of DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD methodologies.
- Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Proficiency in Unix environments and web servers like Apache and Tomcat.
- Familiarity with testing and code coverage tools such as Sonar and Selenium.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle, including analysis, development, and testing phases.
- Develop new components using Java and maintain or enhance existing components across Java, Angular, and Python.
- Support and lead the implementation of best practices in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and development methodologies.
- Act as a proactive member of an agile team, engaging in ceremonies and collaborating with business owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing interactions with front-office users for requirement analysis and gathering.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and applying solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing expertise and knowledge.
