Requirements

Technologies
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to our members and visitors
- Conduct various transaction types across multiple platforms including in-person and remote services
- Ensure compliance with all policies regarding cash handling and negotiable items
- Serve as a Branch Reservist, addressing member inquiries via the Member Service Center
- Evaluate deposits for potential fraud and monitor interactions to prevent impersonation
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet the needs of members including lending and mortgage services
- Assist in the process of account management including opening, updating, and closing accounts
