Responsibilities
- Deliver enthusiastic and courteous service to members and prospects
- Conduct a variety of transactions including in person, via video, drive-thru, or phone
- Keep cash and negotiable instruments secure following policies and regulations
- Serve as a Branch Reservist to manage incoming calls for the Member Service Center
- Evaluate deposits for potential fraud and ensure security during interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Consumer Lending and Mortgages to assist members
- Facilitate the opening, updating, and closing of member accounts
- Stay informed about RBFCU membership guidelines and product offerings

We are the RBFCU Branch Operations Team, looking for a dedicated full-time Branch Member Service Representative at our Bandera Pointe branch located in San Antonio, TX. We offer a competitive starting rate of $20.00 per hour, with potential for an additional $2.00 per hour for bilingual employees after certification.
