Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Technology or IT Operations
- Proficient in Yardi Breeze or Voyager
- Experience with Mac Operating System and Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gemini) for at least 1 year
- Familiar with Ubiquiti Network, Protect & Access, 3CX, Keeper, 1Password, Mircom, Keyscan
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP routing, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Clean criminal record and bondable
- Valid BC Drivers License
Responsibilities
- Configure workflows for tenant portals, maintenance ticketing, and automated rent payments in Yardi Breeze
- Collaborate with third-party consultants to enhance our SaaS configurations and workflows
- Manage the migration of data from legacy records to Yardi databases, ensuring data accuracy for tenant ledgers and lease abstracts
- Develop and maintain AppSheet applications to support maintenance and tenant operations
- Oversee API integrations or data feeds between Yardi, Internet Listing Services, and our corporate website, as well as support reporting tool integrations like Looker Studio or Power BI
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks including user provisioning and group policy enforcement
- Implement security measures such as MFA policies and data backup procedures
- Administer on-site network infrastructures and oversee physical cabling and deployment projects
- Manage the 3CX VOIP system, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Support resident managers by documenting multi-camera footage in UniFi Protect
- Manage access control systems and design new systems as necessary
- Implement Mobile Device Management policies to secure company devices
- Oversee the procurement, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including deploying updates
- Provide technical support across varying levels of staff technical ability
- Develop technical documentation and train users on new technologies
- Manage the corporate websites technical deployment and digital asset management for leasing
- Develop online marketing floorplans for units
