Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Service Cloud setup and management.
- Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limitations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to determine when to configure versus when to write custom code.
- Experience in developing and supporting secure integrations with external systems.
- Solid background in testing, code quality, deployment, and release practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to work autonomously, managing complex projects and delivering consistently.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.
- Prioritize configuration solutions when appropriate, utilizing custom code only when it enhances the overall solution.
- Create robust solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Design features that maintain scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Oversee the entire delivery process: from solution design to building, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using secure and maintainable methods.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenge assumptions, and provide feasible solutions.
- Engage in Agile methodologies, including planning sessions, daily standups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Clearly communicate technical options, project status, risks, and trade-offs.
- Enhance development standards, release processes, and overall platform quality.
- Serve as a senior member of the team, raising the performance bar for others with your technical expertise and consistent execution.
