Requirements
Must:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a field related to IT.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical troubleshooting.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with Windows & macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in network/server troubleshooting and hardware support.
- Knowledge of industry data standards such as HL7, JSON, SFTP, and API integrations.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Resolve intricate hardware, software, and network difficulties escalated from the Help Desk.
- Administer and maintain local servers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot and support EHR/LIS HL7 interfaces in conjunction with vendors and our Clinical Systems Integration Manager.
- Mentor Tier 1 Help Desk technicians to promote growth and consistency in support.
- Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, encompassing procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Manage user account administration across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other essential applications.
- Lead upgrades to IT infrastructure (e.g., enhancing HQ Wi-Fi, optimizing ISP performance).
- Provide occasional on-site support at various company locations.
- Contribute to our IT knowledge base and prepare process documentation (SOPs) to improve team efficiency.
