Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; Masters degree is a plus
- 4-7+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, design, workforce planning, HR strategy, management consulting, or similar analytical roles is preferred
- Established experience in supporting or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skills in connecting data, processes, and organizational dynamics
- Comfort in working with metrics and data (e.g., Excel, BI tools) focusing on insight generation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, especially in crafting clear, structured materials for senior audiences
- Proven capability to operate in complex, regulated environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and implementing enterprise-wide integration and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including process alignment, operational model transformations, and work redesign projects
- Independently oversee specified project workstreams, converting strategic goals into structured analyses, recommendations, and deliverables ready for implementation
- Help create and apply frameworks and playbooks for managing intricate, cross-functional integration initiatives throughout the health system
- Contribute to organizational design and work redesign efforts through assessments of current states, role analyses, and modeling future states
- Produce coherent documentation, analyses, and visuals to facilitate discussions around role clarity, capacity planning, and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, operational leaders, and other Centers of Excellence to support the implementation of organizational effectiveness solutions
- Aid in the development and execution of the HR digital strategy by performing research, analysis, and defining requirements for digital and automation-driven initiatives
- Identify potential use cases for AI and automation to enhance organizational effectiveness, integration, and workforce-related processes
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to guide integration and effectiveness initiatives, working closely with HR Digital & Analytics partners to transform insights into actionable recommendations
- Conduct research and benchmarking on organizational effectiveness, integration frameworks, HR digital transformation, AI in HR, and future work trends
- Prepare high-quality analyses, summaries, and presentation materials to support discussions led by Directors with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Provide informal leadership and mentorship to analysts or project team members, fostering quality, consistency, and effective work execution
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of tools, frameworks, and methodologies within the Integration & Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence
