IAM Security Engineer/Architect

- Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology is preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education - Minimum requirement is an Associates Degree - Preferred: 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) in roles such as analyst, governance, or support, including 3 years in IAM Architecture along with knowledge of SailPoint and ServiceNow - Minimum: 5 years of experience in an analyst, governance, or support role - Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with changing business needs - Strong critical thinking skills, able to assess ideas from multiple perspectives - Dependable and dedicated to completing work accurately and timely - Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills, effective in fast-paced settings - Proactive in recognizing tasks that need to be achieved and assisting others as required - Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with project leaders and subject matter experts - Eager to learn new software and systems - Attentive listening skills to ensure accurate understanding - Proficient in problem-solving by logically evaluating information to identify causes and solutions - Resilient, capable of maintaining high performance under pressure and stressful conditions
