Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 3 years of system build experience preferred
- Proven ability to support applications effectively
- Experience with specific customer bases is desirable
- Capability to work under moderate supervision
- Epic ASAP certification required, with maintenance of certification through New Version Training (NVT) as applicable
- Clinical licensure preferred for certain applications as outlined in Job Aid
- Strong adaptability to changing business needs
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable and detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative to recognize and complete tasks proactively
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to build trust and relationships
- Eager to learn new software and systems
- Attentive listening skills to ensure effective communication
- Resilience to perform well under stress
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for assigned applications
- Design and build workflows and system configurations
- Collaborate with Operations to enhance application capabilities
- Review all build and operational content thoroughly
- Create data fields, screens, templates, and customized functionalities
- Partner with the training team for curriculum synchronization
- Maintain compliance with build standards across environments
- Serve as a resource for Level 1 analysts
- Offer go-live support to customers on new applications
- Deliver on-call support during and after go-live periods
- Engage in Integrated Area Workgroups representing the application
- Document and maintain communication regarding ticket resolutions
- Log decisions and issues in trackers throughout projects
- Assist in project management activities and issue tracking
- Recommend process improvements for future state materials
- Develop test scripts for new systems in accordance with upgrades and modifications
