Endoscopy Applications Specialist

As the Endoscopy Application Analyst II, I will be primarily responsible for assisting in the design and construction of the assigned application. My role includes the comprehensive building of workflows, system configurations, change documentation, and supporting the application’s operations. I am expected to work independently with minimal oversight. Key duties include: 1. Executing Application Design and Build: - Designing and developing the corresponding application. - Collaborating with Operations to enhance application capabilities and workflows. - Utilizing external resources to implement best practice builds and solutions. - Conducting thorough reviews of all Foundation Build and operational content and workflows required for the application. - Participating in unit, application, and integrated testing for implementation, upgrades, and functional enhancements. - Building data fields, screens, templates, and customized functionalities as needed. - Working in tandem with the training team to ensure that the training curriculum aligns with the system build. - Adhering to build standards and coordinating environment synchronization with the environment team. - Assisting other team members and training new analysts as necessary. 2. Application Support: - Providing on-site support for new applications during go-live phases, including functionality assistance. - Offering ongoing on-call support for the application post-launch. - Representing the application during Integrated Area Workgroups. - Maintaining strong knowledge of the subject matter to assist with customer inquiries and enhancement requests. - Supporting ongoing documentation of system modifications and updates. 3. Documentation and Communication: - Keeping consistent communication with customers regarding ticket statuses and resolutions. - Documenting decisions and issues in trackers during builds/projects. - Supporting application governance needs and maintaining version control of workflows. 4. Project Management: - Identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating with team members across departments. - Assisting in the development of future state materials. - Following required processes for issue tracking, resolution, and closure.
