Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or masters degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering requirements with a successful track record in delivering complex projects and initiatives.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing data catalog solutions or similar applications for data asset inventory (e.g., Informatica, Collibra).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing data and analytics reporting and dashboards.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ticketing management software and tools (e.g., ServiceNOW).
- Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity and quickly adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements, definitions, and business rules to support governance and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data stewardship, metrics definitions, and relational data to include in the Data Catalog.
- Implement and manage the data catalog for metadata related to data assets.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by applying best practices in data governance and quality assurance.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to facilitate timely delivery of data catalog solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Work with developers and team members to ensure that requirements are comprehended and applied correctly.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration to align activities and dependencies, enhancing teamwork to meet program objectives.
