Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in JDE configuration and project management, specifically focusing on financials
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading and participating in JDE Finance and Distribution projects
- Strong understanding of JDE Financials and Distribution functionalities, both functionally and technically
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a high level of personal integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Ability to effectively communicate at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the integration and enhancement of JDE processes across all Distribution and Warehouse Management modules
- Assist in system upgrades, including planning and testing processes
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers operations to support their needs effectively
- Stay updated on new JDE releases and applications, presenting improvement opportunities to business units and management
- Assess functional requirements and propose practical JDE solutions to management and IT personnel
- Collaborate across teams with other business analysts to deliver integrated JDE solutions
- Create or adjust software configurations to fulfill ongoing business requirements
- Contribute to the creation of business cases, project charters, and solution documentation as needed
- Generate reports from the system as required by operational needs
- Provide assistance to fellow analysts and programmers with new process implementation and enhancements
- Monitor financial functions and propose recommendations for enhancements and corrective actions
- Work closely with business teams to enhance master data and improve daily operations
- Deliver on-site and remote end-user training for new processes and system enhancements
- Respond to Help Desk inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure the integrity of the JD Edwards system is maintained
- Collaborate with users to develop more efficient systems and practices
- Execute approved changes to task menus to enhance user experience
- Undertake additional duties and special projects as required
Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) for our JD Edwards Distribution and Warehouse Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our daily operations by collaborating closely with distribution and warehouse teams. You will be involved in the implementation of JDE solutions, leading ERP projects, and providing high-quality user support and training.
