Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

- Assist users with VPN setup, firewall configurations, and LAN connectivity to guarantee secure and reliable access.
- Handle and resolve service requests using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy.
- Support networking tasks, including LAN setup, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and configuring network devices.
- Conduct hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades for desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
- Keep detailed documentation of support activities and system configurations for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide clear instructions and updates regarding the status of issue resolution.
