Requirements
Must:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with EDI formats and internet functions.
- Creative problem-solving skills necessary for designing processes and documents to meet clients specific needs.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Liaison EDI software.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and articulate EDI requirements for clients, ensuring they are adequately addressed.
- Consult with internal teams and clients about EDI capabilities to resolve business challenges.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to test and implement new EDI documents or enhancements to existing ones.
- Establish and maintain communication links with trading partners, overseeing system integrations.
- Conduct process assessments to identify potential integration issues and gaps in system functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices in collaboration with relevant teams to implement effective solutions and improvements.
- Stay updated on EDI standards, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Support daily EDI operations and address issues promptly.
