Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Helpdesk or Support Technician (MSP experience is advantageous)
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of Windows infrastructure and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Azure, and Windows Server is a plus; knowledge in Mac/iOS/Android, networking, firewalls, and servers is beneficial
- Certifications like CompTIA A+/Net+ are a bonus
- Personality traits should include ownership, composure under stress, curiosity, meticulousness, teamwork, and a desire for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and address escalated tickets beyond Tier 1; guide customers through solutions step by step
- Maintain accurate records of fixes, update ticket statuses, and communicate progress in a proactive manner
- Collaborate with the Help Desk Service Manager to support and mentor Tier 1 technicians
- Propose enhancements to both client environments and internal procedures
- Participate in occasional after-hours maintenance or migrations as needed; engage in on-call rotation

You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000, depending on your experience.
