Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate/access equipment at standard heights while standing or walking.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Maintain a fun and positive demeanor at all times.
- Aim to surpass guest expectations consistently.
- Adhere to recipe and preparation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members to foster a respectful environment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for QDOBA.
- Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to uphold standards.
- Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Sanitize utensils, equipment, walls, and floors regularly.
- Maintain high personal grooming standards to reflect professionalism.
- Comply with sanitation, safety, and security policies for a secure atmosphere.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
