Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering and installing end-user computer equipment and peripherals
- Manage moves and changes of laptops, desktops, monitors, and host components
- Image and re-image laptops and desktops
- Set up desks during equipment moves
- Perform equipment refresh tasks, including swaps and migrations
- Carry out break-fix activities as needed
- Install applications on user systems
- Conduct simple troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment
