To successfully perform in this role, I seek an individual who meets the following criteria. An associate degree, IT certification, or relevant years of experience is essential. You should have at least 5 years of experience in IT, help desk, or tier 1 computer/software technical support. Your skills should include above-average computer proficiency, particularly with databases and spreadsheets, along with the aptitude to analyze and interpret data. The ability to focus on the bigger picture while managing multiple details in a dynamic setting is crucial. I value critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the capability to provide guidance to colleagues. If driving is part of your responsibilities, you must comply with our driving policy and, if not qualified to drive, a Non-Driver Attestation form will need to be signed. Additionally, you should be at least 18 years old and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
