Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting operational missions with uncrewed systems (UxS)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques
- Familiar with data analysis tools and methods (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Tableau)
- Proven capability to effectively visualize and communicate complex data
- Must hold and maintain a verifiable active Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of airspace regulations and FAA procedures
- FAA Part 107 certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment
- If applicable, must possess an honorable military discharge with no loss of specialization during service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of data tracking, analysis, and reporting focused on the COLTS and SHARP aviation readiness systems
- Safeguard the accuracy and dependability of all operational data, managing necessary document updates and system enhancements
- Identify key operational trends and rectify data inconsistencies to ensure adherence to established standards
- Provide consistent, data-driven insights to leadership to improve mission effectiveness
- Ensure all data management practices comply with airspace regulations and FAA standards related to UAS operations
Description
We are seeking an Operations SME / Analyst at Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) N37 located in San Diego, CA. This full-time role is pivotal for ensuring accurate fleet readiness data through the Catalog Online Tracking System (COLTS) and the Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP). We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
