Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer
- Strong ability to manage project timelines and deliverables collaboratively
- Proficiency in application design and architectural decision-making
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to testing
- Experience in conducting Peer Code Reviews
- Capability to provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including performance optimization and problem resolution
- Commitment to staying updated on relevant software and technology trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, management, and other departments
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely project completion by collaborating effectively with teammates
- Make decisions regarding application design and architecture for assigned projects
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from documenting requirements to implementation and testing
- Participate in Peer Code Reviews with colleagues to maintain code quality
- Offer support and maintenance for existing applications, focusing on performance and bug resolution
- Keep abreast of advancements in software and related technologies
- Communicate effectively with the SVP-CIO, team members, and other departments
