Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows servers, tools, systems, and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (such as Jira)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Address technical requests from end users of RCH products and systems
- Utilize SQL to effectively analyze data and identify root causes of technical issues
- Write SQL scripts for data corrections and issue resolutions
- Assist users with technical inquiries concerning products or applications
- Collaborate with the Development Team to oversee the deployment of software updates
- Coordinate efforts with IT Teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure reliable application services
