Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in general IT support and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows Server
- Capable of installing and supporting technical equipment and connected devices
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with effective communication and documentation skills
- Availability to work on-site in Westlake, Ohio, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to travel within the U.S., including occasional overnight and multi-day trips
- Comfort in hospital and clinical environments during site visits
- Proficiency in using ladders and performing hands-on equipment installation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Deliver general IT and application support for both internal and external systems
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers and related hardware
- Conduct physical installation of devices, such as IP cameras and other connected equipment
- Troubleshoot devices, systems, and address user-reported technical challenges
- Test software applications, documenting results, issues, and observations
- Support both office-based and field-based technical initiatives
- Travel to hospitals and customer locations for installations, support, and project tasks
- Participate in on-call support as needed outside normal business hours
